On the positive side, the front desk staff, particularly Chelsea, was notably professional and friendly, making the check-in experience more pleasant.

Add to that, the neighborhood vibe felt a bit sketch—saw drug use right in the lot, which really doesn't do wonders for the ambiance when you're trying to unwind.
